• Comprised of cannulated headed and headless screws and hook plates intended to align and stabilize small bone fragments around articular regions

• Allows headless screw to be subflush

• Hook acts in a similar fashion to a washer and provides inter fragmentary compression and, in certain areas, will provide soft tissue coverage once the screw is placed through the hook
